Teresa, Executive Director
Teresa brings to Partners 10 plus years of experience in Corporate Banking and 10 plus years of experience in the Non-Profit Sector. She served as Development Director and Program Director at Sister Carmen Community Center in Lafayette, CO and most recently as Executive Director for the Worthington Food Pantry & Resource Center in Columbus, OH. She is also a graduate of the Regis University Master's of Non-Profit Management program.
More than any credentials, Teresa's heart is for families needing additional support during times of trouble. As someone who can relate personally to growing up in a family dynamic where mentors were her lifelines, Teresa is passionate about Partner's mission. She looks forward to being a part of sustaining and growing such vital mentoring relationships in Boulder, Broomfield and Southwest Weld county.

Martha, Case Manager
Martha is very excited to be working with Partners. She recently graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder . Her main responsibility is to ensure that all the Partnerships effectively communicate and reach their goals. The best thing about her position is that she witnesses each Partnership's growth, seeing that compassion and understanding changes the life of a child. |
