Susi, Executive Director
Since starting with Partners is 1988, Susi has had the distinct
honor of meeting some of life's most memorable characters--kids!
The most favorite part of her job - Watching the eyes of a
Junior Partner light up when they tell you of their latest
adventure with their Senior Partner--their friend! |

Chris, Program Specialist
Chris likes to put a twist in Partners activities with goofy
games and silly props that enable kids and adults to work together
to accomplish the goal. "Partners gives me the opportunity to
reach out to the youth in my community to help them become aware
of their abilitities and realize their potential. Where else
can I play fun games, go on exciting trips and be a positive
role model to the youth in my community and have the fortune
to call it my job!" After serving as a Program Counselor for seven years, Chris now works behind the scenes with Partners, ensuring that all the details are completed. |

Martha, Case Manager
Martha is very excited to be working with Partners. She recently graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder . Her main responsibility is to ensure that all the Partnerships effectively communicate and reach their goals. The best thing about her position is that she witnesses each Partnership's growth, seeing that compassion and understanding changes the life of a child. |

Joan, Recruitment Coordinator
Joan has been a Senior Partner mentor for almost 5 years. After retiring from the St. Vrain Valley School District with 32 years of service, she joined the Partners staff recruiting volunteers. Joan also assists with setting up all of the fun and exciting Partners' activities. The best thing about her job is seeing the kids try new experiences and activities in a positive, safe environment with a caring adult! She also loves to see the kids' smiles, increases in their self confidence, and watch their horizons expand |
